About Us
Success Recruitment was set up in 2003 to service the Transport and Logistics Industry, with an initial impetus being on placing full time permanent employees. Our uncompromising commitment towards finding the perfect match for our clients resulted in a very rapid growth in the first years of our short history. We achieved this by providing a very bespoke and personal service for all of our clients. This coupled with our screening process meant we built a very comprehensive service model and continued to grow.
2007 was the year when the company went through many changes. We expanded into our 2nd office, based in the Midlands, which specialised in providing HR and Payroll solutions, this formed a new branch of the company called Success HR. We also opened our Training Centre in Oxford which catered for all types of training models within transport, ranging from classroom based training, to on site training to vehicle specific training. This formed Success Training. These two new companies, along with Success Recruitment would now be known as Success Solutions Ltd.
Since the expansion of the company, we have grown organically and acquired many major contracts, and managed many new projects. In spite of these changes however, we have remained very close to our original philosophies, to provide a personal bespoke service for every client, and to treat all of our candidates with the same importance as our clients.
