Training

We offer a range of on site training designed to make your drivers and transport staff fully conversant with the current EU regulations on drivers’ hours and Tachographs, WTD laws, new driving laws and all other aspects of transport. We can provide any combination of training that can be tailored to your specific requirements both for drivers and transport administration staff.

Using the latest technology, we use a combination of simulation and classroom training that allow our students to interact with our instructors. Our programs are totally flexible and can be delivered to small groups in classroom situations, or “1 to 1” in cab.

Our training programs are designed to unravel the “mystery” behind the EU working time laws. We aim to simplify the complicated laws and explain in clear and easily understandable language at all levels. With the increasing number of drivers from outside the UK entering the workforce, we can offer assistance with English language, and can provide driver guides in other European languages.

 • Individual development plans for each driver

 • Comprehensive driver assessments at regular intervals, including 6 month assessments and quarterly DVLA Checks

 • Technical training including tail lift, twin deck trailer, AD Blue and fuel efficient driving

 • Defensive driving and master driver training in affiliation with Skills for Logistics

 • Full site induction including health and safety, security, manual handling, AD Blue

 • Driver induction – company procedures, driver hours, digital tachographs

 • Customer Facing, Client Service, Numeracy and Literacy training.
